A personalized online portal with on-demand access to recordings of your sessions, customized resources and exercises.
As many additional sessions as desired at the discounted member rate.

No obligation. There is no long-term contract, members can opt out at any time with a 30-day notice.
Unused sessions roll over for up to 2 months.
