Group Coaching
Offer your employees a dedicated space for authentic community building where you have an intentional container where trust is built and supportive accountability is provided.
This is a perfect way to create an inclusive collaborative environment that will amplify outside of the group sessions. Group members become a natural network of peer sponsors and collaborators who understand and celebrate the diversity of their co-workers.
Group coaching is offered in 60 minute video sessions at a pre-determined frequency — weekly, monthly, etc. Each session includes hot seat coaching, a customized post-call resource list and access to on-demand session recordings. Individual Coaching
Dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions with employees that centers around where they are, the goal(s) they are striving to achieve and their unique set of strengths.
While many modern companies offer coaching as a blanket resource across their employee base, individual coaching can be especially valuable for individuals who are leveling up in their roles within the organization (i.e. becoming a manager, taking on a new project, leading a new endeavor, etc) and for folks who are in a perfect place to focus on performance improvement goals.
Coaching is offered in 50 minute video sessions at a pre-determined frequency that is a good fit for your budget and goals — usually weekly, monthly or defined number of sessions. Learn more about two of offerings for individual coaching.
Workshops
Perfect solution if you are looking for a one-time group experience that is customized to address your unique DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) challenges, build a foundation of belonging and offer a lasting toolkit to overcome challenges, celebrate differences and come together to make for a more efficient, effective and productive workforce.
This interactive, educational experience will offer a combination of judgement-free education, discussion, individual and group exercises. Depending on your goals, we also offer pre-session assessments, attendees surveys and post session resource materials. We also offer this as a series of workshops for those looking for an all-team/all-staff experience.
