Hi, I’m Nikki Innocent. If you’re looking for someone who changes the game around the topic of modern leadership you just found her!

I’m a 2-time TEDx speaker, certified women’s leadership coach, podcast host and diversity, equity & inclusion strategist. After spending the first decade of my career in Corporate America, I branched off with a mission to use what I learned personally & professionally to work toward a future of diverse, inclusive leaders and workplaces centered around belonging — creating spaces where individuals can show up authentically and businesses thrive from having more voices heard.

The world is changing, the demographics & make up of our population has shifted significantly and is more diverse than ever.

Traditional leadership positions have been following the same paradigm for a long time and need a refresh, an evolution. We have more diverse gender, racial and generational representation in positions of influence than ever before, but our systems and structures need to catch up.

Change can feel scary but shining a light on the unknown will channel that fear into action, dare I say even make visioning a new future FUN?!
