One of the most important things you can do in your journey to embracing your authentic leadership potential is to truly get to know yourself.

Here are a few assessments to take to get you started:

DESCRIPTIONS

VIA Strengths Survey: a psychometrically validated personality test that measures an individual’s character strengths.

VARK: a questionnaire that provides users with information about their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information.

KOLBE A: an assessment that measures a person's instinctive method of problem solving — describing an individual's natural strengths and includes a customized audio interpretation offering suggestions on how to leverage these talents to achieve greater personal and professional success.

Enneagram: a model of the human psyche which is principally understood and taught as a typology of nine interconnected personality types.

Human Design: a synthesis of ancient wisdom that sheds light on your emotional, psychological and energetic makeup, giving you the self-awareness and tools to align with your nature and step into your highest potential in every area of your life — in your career, partnership and relationships.

Love Languages: While this assessment was originally focused on love, each person gives and receives love in a certain language. Swap in “value” for “love” and the goal of this assessment is to understand how you most feel valued.
