Nikki offers a body of work in Resilience in the Face of Uncertainty where she helps you create a customized plan for how to navigate outrage exhaustion, regulate your stress response cycle and authentically approach divisive issues.

What can you do to authentically resist outrage exhaustion?

1) Prioritize your energetic maintenance through mindfulness and release

  • Track your energy — similar to time tracking, pay attention to the things that drain your energy or recharge your energy during the day

  • Release the pressure of other people's expectations

  • Notice when you are swinging on the pendulum of all or nothing thinking

2) Reclaim your power and choice by flexing your boundaries

On your social and news feeds actively manage what you allow:

  • Unfollow, block and mute accounts that are an assault on your energy

  • Set intentional time or exposure limits

  • Know that silence isn't necessarily complicity
