Erin Robertson is the founder of two nonprofits, the mother of two amazing kids and the wife of a World Series champion MLB player. To say her life now is different than what she expected back when she & Nikki went to college together is an understatement. Take a listen to hear her generously share some of the blessings and challenges that have shaped her incredible journey so far.

Major themes in this episode include:

  • Erin’s journey through different interests and careers on the path towards discovering her passion;

  • the Robertsons’ experience with natural disasters and launching their nonprofit, High Socks for Hope;

  • the impact of cancer on Erin’s family and her work with battling illness and acting as a support system for others experiencing the same struggles;

  • her experience as a “baseball wife” and her realization that not many people fit the stereotype that is often held;

  • and the importance of a focus on compassion in creating a world better for us all.
