Recognizing the things I wanted to change and identifying the blockers. That was huge. I knew I have been struggling for a while but identifying what was actually some of the root of the issue was a big "break through" moment for me!

This was something that I really needed although beforehand I didn't know it. I always struggle with anxiety and depression but I feel especially isolated lately with Covid-19 which has been difficult. Just to connect with other women was great! I could relate to every rule others said. It was nice to feel heard and to know I'm not alone. I will go back to this exercise again and again and look forward to spending some time looking over the resource guide.
