How does it work?
In three months or less, you’ll complete the coaching experience. If you are on a fast track, you can be done with the full experience in about a month.

Step 2: Job Search Strategy & Intentional Messaging; Overcoming Stumbling Blocks; Networking Kickoff
60-Min Coaching Session with Nikki via Zoom, Courses/Exercises
Step 3: Resume Revamp begins
Step 4: Networking, Interviewing & Negotiating; Resume & Cover Letter Launch; Building Public Profile
Final 60-Min Coaching Session with Nikki + Custom Networking Strategy
Throughout the experience, you’ll be encouraged to take steps outside of the sessions to engage with the job market in an intentional and sustainable way.
We don’t do urgency, shame or judgement here. But you can expect to feel a catalyzing energy to jumpstart your search!

I spent over a decade in the business world focused on brand strategy, major initiative launches and storytelling for highly esteemed organizations. After years of striving to be the model corporate employee and “succeeding”, I found myself crying in the bathroom stall at work and knew it was time to make a change.
I sought to find a path forward where I didn’t have to sacrifice who I am in order to have a career. As I did, I realized it wasn’t just a “me” experience, so many of fellow “professionals” were going through the same false binary. Good news is, you don’t have to choose, you can most definitely have both! Let’s collaborate to clarify what’s next for you!
